Dr. Anita D. Rawandale (Dhyan Urja) . Born in India, Urja is a certified Ayurvedic Doctor. She graduated from Pune University completing the five year graduation in BAMS. First six years she practiced Ayurvedic medicine at Osho commune in Pune. In 2000 she together with Chetan founded Raso Vai Ayurveda. She is the consulting physician and the teacher at Raso Vai center in Goa. She for years has been offering treatments, medicines, Panchakarma and training's in the various programs of Raso Vai Ayurveda at various other places too. www.rasovai.com

Everybody who is physiotherapist, health care professional, massage therapist or others, who would like to learn deep Ayurvedic work and the art of touch and being touched.

Daily schedule is as follows
07.30 - Yoga or Meditation
08.30 - Breakfast
09.30 - 13.30 Morning session
13.45 - Lunch
15.00 - 18.00 Afternoon Session
19.00 Dinner

The Workshop
Raso Vai Ayurveda Yoga Massage™ combines the insight of traditional ayurveda and yoga. The massage is a speciality from Pune. This particular work originated in Pune by the grand teacher Kusum Modak combining massage techniques and Ayanga therapeutic yoga.

Raso Vai Ayur Balance Massage™ is a deep, relaxing and stress relieving massage aimed at removing and reducing the imbalances in the different parts of the body. It’s a complete body massage and it’s done on the table and works towards bringing a harmony and a sense of balance in the body and being.
In the massage, firm and deep strokes are done, using rhythmic straight line strokes.
In the massage the hands, thumb, fingers, knuckles, fist and elbow are all used at different places

The massage brings more Prana, vital energy in the body, helps to remove the toxins seated deep within the musculoskeletal system and the blood stream.
The combination of oil, herbs and yoga helps to create balance in the body elements, and helps the nervous system to relax. Consciousness in touch, profound knowledge about the techniques and an open heart makes the art of touch a blissful journey
